3. 1990 A Iraq and Saddam Hussein invade Kuwait. Saudi Arabia accepts protection from the U.S over that offered by Bin Laden, which enrages him.

5.  1996 Osama returns to Afghanistan and writes a document declaring a holy war on the U.S for the first time

10. 2001 two planes destroy the twin towers and Osama's original goal of a war with the U.S is about to be reality.
